Yes. I don’t have the market analysis to put a dollar amount on a patent, but you should be able to put a rough monetary value on a patent using your industry knowledge and the information that I can provide you. So what I can provide you is a determination of what the patent covers and doesn’t cover. Also, we can perform a validity analysis to see if the patent has any glaring errors that would make unenforceable. In order to help you understand this legalese in plain terms, we can have a discussion of what is covered by the patent, what is not covered by the patent, and how someone could change an infringing product into one that is non-infringing by making changes to it. I will make sure that you have a strong idea of how valuable the patent is by the time we finish our discussion. That is my job.
